The foundation of our coaching philosophy is rooted in a desire to forge meaningful one-on-one relationships with athletes that motivate, inspire and challenge them to effect positive change in their life through the sport of triathlon.
Whether you have done a number of multi-sport events or are new to the sport of triathlon, AMaG Coaching is keenly aware that a “one size fits all” approach is not the way to go. Our training plans are tailored to each individual's unique lifestyle requirements and are delivered to the athlete on a weekly or monthly basis with ongoing athlete/coach feedback a key component.

Training for and participating in long course triathlon including Ironman distance events can be an awe inspiring journey. At AMaG Coaching we understand the commitment, unique requirements and lifestyle choices that an athlete needs to integrate into their often already time crunched schedules in order to succeed.
